Our workshop is very busy at the moment – we'll normally repair punctures on the spot wherever possible, but please call first before bringing a bike in for service to arrange a suitable day.

We're also prioritising repair work for NHS and other key workers – NHS staff also qualify for a discount.

When you bring your bike in, we'll do an initial assessment of what servicing is required, what parts you might need, how much time is needed, and give you an estimate of the cost. If we find any unexpectedly time consuming or potentially expensive problems while working on your bike, we'll always get in touch to discuss options.

We don't have a standard package for a bike service – we don't like to charge for work that might not need to be done. The cost of components that might need replaced will be specific to each individual bike.

All work and parts are fixed prices, see below for a selection of labour charges – when you collect your bike, you'll also get an itemised receipt of parts fitted and work done.

We also stock tubes suitable for wheelchair and pram tyres.

It's difficult to provide an accurate estimate over the phone, but we're always happy to answer any questions you might have as best we can.
